n this paper, the effect of the Chinese traditional medicine-SXT onthe hematological and immunological functions of sublethally irradiated micewas studied. The results indicated that SXT can significantly accelerate theproliferation and differentiation of stem cells,increase the blood cell countsand the number of mononuclear cells in bone marrow and spleen.The resultsalso showed that SXT can improve the recovery of immunological functionsincluding the activities of T lymphocyte, B lymphocyte, macrophage andthe production of IL-2.
