method was first set up for measurement of low energy laser transmit-tance of animal skin in vivo. Measurement results of skin on 6 earsof 3 rabbits proved its practicality. By the method, the measurement canbe taken with ease,and less pain to the animals, so it could be used tohuman bodies .
