The rat model of subacute anti-aging was established by injecting D-galactoside and the effects of AP-solution on the aging data of the rats was observed.The result showed that AP-solution could increase the ratio of rat thymus weight and body weight obviously and raised SOD activity in serum,but reduced LPO activity in serum.The serum SOD activity of anti-aging groups by AP-solution increased 25.29% Compared with the aging model group,but the serum LPO activity decreased 6.24%.These data show that AP-slution may have anti-aging action.
