Objective To study the effect of the Chinese medicine,Jiangrusan,on the expression of Pit-1 in rat prolactinoma.Methods\ To establish prolactinoma model in rats.The Prolactinoma-bearing rats were divided into 2 groups at random.Jiangrusan was orally administered to rats in the Jiangrusan group,and water was administered to rats in the placebo group.After 4 weeks of treatment,all animals were sacrificed and the pituitary gland was taken out and weighed.Serum prolactin(PRL) levels were measured by RIA method....
