Animal models of lung cancer play a vital role in studying diagnosis and treatment of human lung cancers.According to the method and destination,the animal models of lung cancer include spontaneous,induced,transplanted and transgenic models.Each kind has respective characteristics and applicative condition.This review is to introduce the methods of establishment,application,progress in research of the animal models of lung cancer.
