    目的 利用微卫星标记对无特定病原体金定鸭群进行遗传多样性分析。方法 采用微卫星标记,对SPF金定鸭种群中71个个体进行遗传多样性分析。结果 SPF金定鸭种群中17个位点上共检测到119个等位基因,每个微卫星上等位基因数介于3~13;该SPF金定鸭群体中有13个位点(PIC > 0.5)呈现出高度多态,平均杂合度为(0.5816±0.0142),其他位点均呈现出中度多态。仅有5个位点处于Hardy-Weinberg平衡状态,其余12个位点显著偏离Hardy-Weinberg平衡,达到极显著水平(P < 0.01)。结论 该SPF金定鸭群体内均存在丰富的遗传多样性,满足建立封闭群的遗传特征,可以利用该群体继续开展无特定病原体金定鸭封闭群的建立。

    Abstract:

    Objective To analyze the DNA genetic diversity in SPF Jinding duck population using microsatellite markers. Methods The DNA genetic diversity in 71 SPF Jinding ducks were analyzed by microsatellite markers. Results A total of 152 alleles were detected at 17 microsatellite loci, and the numbers of alleles at each locus varied from 3 to 13. Thirteen microsatellite loci showed a high level of average PIC values (PIC > 0.5), the hererozygosity (H) was 0.5816±0.0142. Other loci showed a middle level of the average PIC values. Only 5 microsatellite loci were in Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium, although 12 microsatellite loci were not in (P < 0.01). Conclusions The results revealed that the genetic variabilities in the SPF Jinding duck population are rich, and this population meets to the genetic characteristics of the closed colony animals, so it can be used to establish the closed colony of SPF Jinding duck.
