    摘要:

    椎间盘退变(intervertebral disc degeneration,IDD)近年来因其发病率的不断升高以及发病年龄提前得到广泛关注,其引起的脊柱疾病,不同程度上的降低了人类生活质量。 其退变机制的不确定性使得其治疗方式较为复杂,为进一步探究椎间盘退变的病因病理,本文将借助国内外关于椎间盘退变性疾病的相关文献,对目前主 要的造模方法做一综述,希望通过比较不同椎间盘退变动物模型之间的差异,选择出能够全面模拟人类椎间盘退变的造模方法。

    Abstract:

    In recent years, owing to the increasing incidence of intervertebral disc degeneration and age-related early onset, spinal diseases caused by intervertebral disc degeneration have reduced quality of life. The uncertainty of the mechanism of degeneration increases the complexity of the treatment method . To further explore the causes of intervertebral disc degeneration and its pathology, we conducted a literature review to explore the differences between animal models of intervertebral disc degeneration to enable the optimal simulation of human intervertebral disc degeneration to be identified.
