    二乙酰吗啡(diacetylmorphine,DAM)是一种具有极强依赖性的中枢性兴奋剂,长期滥用会产生严重的神经毒性症状?DAM 是我国滥用人数最多的毒品,已成为危害社会稳定的严重公共卫生问题?DAM 可以诱导神经细胞发生凋亡,对人体健康产生极大的影响?本文对DAM 成瘾和戒断机制以及对神经因子的影响作一综述,为DAM 对神经细胞毒性作用机制研究提供理论依据?

    Abstract:

    Diacetylmorphine (DAM) is a highly dependent central stimulant that produces severe neurotoxic effects over a long period. DAM is the most abused drug in our country and has become a serious public health issue endangering social stability. DAM induces nerve cell apoptosis, which has a great influence on human health. In this article, the mechanism of DAM addiction and withdrawal as well as its effects on neural factors are reviewed, providing a theoretical basis to study the mechanism of DAM toxicity in nerve cells.
