    摘要:

    目的 探索维生素D3与高血压炎症的关系。方法 自发性高血压大鼠20只,随机分为对照组和实验组,各10只。试验组大鼠腹腔注射维生素D3制剂3μg穔g-1(溶于20%丙二醇0.5mL中),每周2次;对照组仅腹腔注射丙二醇0.5mL,两组均干预12周。实验过程中监测大鼠血压变化。干预12周后,酶联免疫法检测血清25(OH)D3、钙、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)的浓度;计算肾脏-体重比和心脏-体重比;HE染色观察两组大鼠肾脏、心脏、小动脉组织病理改变。结果实验组和对照组在干预前血压无显著差异(P >0.05);干预后,实验组和对照组大鼠平均收缩压分别为(157?)mmHg和(173?)mmHg(P<0.05)。实验组的血清25(OH)D3水平比对照组高(P<0.05),IL-6、MMP-9实验组比对照组低(P<0.05),血钙差异不显著(P>0.05)。实验组的心脏-体重比小于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组的肾脏、心脏和小动脉高血压炎性损害明显轻于对照组。结论 规律的维生素D3用药能够抑制炎症因子IL-6、MMP-9的产生,抑制机体炎症反应,调节控制血压。

    Abstract:

    AIM To Explore the relationship between vitamin D3 and inflammation of hypertension. METHOD Twenty spontaneous hypertensive rats were randomly divided into two groups. The rats in experimental group received vitamin D3 3μg/kg treatment twice a week for three months; and the rats in control group were injected with propylene glycol. Blood pressure of rats were measured once a week during the experiment period.Serum 25 (OH) D3, calcium, IL-6,MMP-9 concentration were detected by Enzyme-linked immunosorbent. The kidney / body weight ratio and heart / body weight ratio were calculated. Kidney, heart and artery were done the biopsy for HE staining, observation of the rats pathological change. RESULT Blood pressure between the experimental group and control group before the intervention was no significant difference (P>0.05).Three months later, the mean systolic blood pressure in the experimental group was (157 ?9) mmHg, which was(173 ?8) mmHg in control rats, difference was significant (P<0.05). 25 (OH) D3 concentration was higher in experimental group than that in the control group (P<0.05), IL-6, MMP-9 in the experimental group were lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).The heart / body weight ratio in the experimental group was less than that in control group (P<0.05). Biopsy showed that there was significant hypertensive inflammation performance with the kidney, heart and aorta of the control group, while the experimental group was much better than the control group . CONCLUSION The law of vitamin D3 medication could regulate the blood pressure by suppressing inflammatory factors IL-6 and MMP-9 and inhibiting inflammatory response.
