    摘要:

    目的 观察乳腺癌荷瘤小鼠病证结合特点以及姜制江香薷多糖对其中医证候的改善作用。方法 取38只实验小鼠进行造模然后分成六组,设定为正常组、模型组、阳性组、姜制江香薷多糖低、中、高剂量组。正常组不接种肿瘤,正常组和模型组给予生理盐水灌胃;阳性组给予塞来昔布溶液灌胃;姜制江香薷多糖低、中、高剂量组给予同剂量不同浓度姜制江香薷多糖溶液灌胃。连续给药4周,记录小鼠体重和肿瘤大小变化。实验结束后观察荷乳腺癌小鼠的病症特点,通过采集各组小鼠舌、尾、爪照片,分析记录小鼠舌、尾、爪的RGB值依据计量化辩证的方法计算小鼠的血虚程度、阴虚程度、肿瘤痰瘀邪盛程度,剥离肿瘤,称重,计算肿瘤体积和抑瘤率,探究姜制江香薷多糖对小鼠中医证候的改善作用。结果 乳腺癌模型组小鼠存在血虚、阴虚和痰瘀邪盛表现,姜制江香薷多糖给药组可以明显减少肿瘤的大小,姜制江香薷多糖能够抑制肿瘤生长,对乳腺癌荷瘤小鼠血虚程度、阴虚程度、肿瘤痰瘀邪盛体质有改善效果,且姜制江香薷多糖高剂量组最佳。结论 姜制江香薷多糖对乳腺癌荷瘤小鼠的血虚、阴虚、肿瘤痰瘀邪盛体质有改善作用,且高剂量组效果最佳。

    Abstract:

    Objective: To observe the combined characteristics of symptoms in breast cancer-bearing mice and the improvement effect of ginger-processed Jiangxiangru polysaccharides on their traditional Chinese medical symptoms. Methods: A total of 38 experimental mice were used for modeling and then divided into six groups, designated as the normal group, model group, positive group, and low, medium, and high dose groups of ginger-processed Jiangxiangru polysaccharides. The normal group was not inoculated with tumors, and both the normal and model groups were given physiological saline intragastrically; the positive group was given celecoxib solution intragastrically; the low, medium, and high dose groups of ginger-processed Jiangxiangru polysaccharides were given the same dose but different concentrations of ginger-processed Jiangxiangru polysaccharide solution intragastrically. After 4 weeks of continuous administration, the changes in mouse weight and tumor size were recorded. At the end of the experiment, the symptoms of breast cancer-bearing mice were observed. By collecting photographs of the tongues, tails, and claws of mice from each group, the RGB values of the mice's tongues, tails, and claws were analyzed and recorded. Based on the method of quantitative dialectical diagnosis, the degree of blood deficiency, yin deficiency, and tumor phlegm stasis was calculated. The tumors were isolated, weighed, and the tumor volume and inhibition rate were calculated to explore the improving effect of ginger-processed Jiangxiangru polysaccharides on the traditional Chinese medical symptoms of mice. Results: The breast cancer model group mice showed signs of blood deficiency, yin deficiency, and phlegm stasis. The group administered ginger-processed Jiangxiangru polysaccharides significantly reduced tumor size. Ginger-processed Jiangxiangru polysaccharides could inhibit tumor growth and had an improving effect on the degree of blood deficiency, yin deficiency, and tumor phlegm stasis constitution in breast cancer-bearing mice, with the high dose group showing the best results. Conclusion: Ginger-processed Jiangxiangru polysaccharides have an improving effect on the constitution of blood deficiency, yin deficiency, and tumor phlegm stasis in breast cancer-bearing mice, with the high dose group showing the best results.
