    老年性骨质疏松症(Senile osteoporosis,SOP)作为一项日益严峻的公共健康挑战,其隐蔽性强、患病率高和导致残疾的风险大,对老年群体的日常生活构成了重大影响。构建一个理想模拟老年性骨质疏松症动物模型,对于深入理解其病理机制至关重要,并且对于开发抗骨质疏松症药物和识别新的治疗靶点具有显著的促进作用。本综述详细梳理了当前广泛使用的老年性骨质疏松症动物模型的构建方法,分析了它们的优势与局限,并探讨了动物模型在评价指标方面的研究进展,为老年性骨质疏松症动物模型的研究提供参考。

    Abstract:

    As a growing public health challenge, senile osteoporosis has a significant impact on the daily life of the elderly population due to its concealment, high prevalence and high risk of disability. Building an animal model that simulates senile osteoporosis is crucial to understanding its pathological mechanism, and will significantly facilitate the development of anti-osteoporosis drugs and the identification of new therapeutic targets. This review reviews the widely used methods of building senile osteoporosis animal models, analyzes their advantages and limitations, and discusses the research progress of animal models in terms of evaluation indicators, so as to provide references for the research of senile osteoporosis animal models.
