    【】? 近年来随着对中医药在治疗免疫系统疾病的研究不断逐步深入,越来越多的中医药显示出对免疫系统疾病有良好的治疗作用。而特应性皮炎 ( Atopic Dermatitis,AD )是一种以2型免疫为特征的炎症性疾病,对其发病机制和针对其治疗的免疫药物研究也不断增加,从而产生了多种不同类型的动物模型。本文旨在对现有的AD动物模型及其免疫相关特点进行综述,希望为未来AD的相关研究模型的选择提供相应的参考。

In recent years, as the research on Chinese medicine in the treatment of immune system diseases has been gradually deepened, more and more Chinese medicines have shown good therapeutic effects on immune system diseases. Atopic dermatitis (AD) is an inflammatory disease characterized by type 2 immunity, and the research on its pathogenesis and therapeutic immunopharmaceuticals has been increasing, resulting in a variety of different types of animal models. The purpose of this paper is to review the existing animal models of AD and their immune-related characteristics, in the hope of providing appropriate references for the selection of future research models related to AD.
