    苯酚胶浆法是一种在妇科疾病动物实验模型中广泛采用的造模技术。该技术利用苯酚胶浆作为化学腐蚀剂,通过精确注射至动物体内特定部位,诱发炎症反应,以模拟人类妇科疾病的病理过程。在构建盆腔炎、宫颈炎、子宫内膜炎、输卵管炎、阴道炎等妇科疾病动物模型时,苯酚胶浆作为粘堵剂被注射入大鼠子宫内,造成子宫内膜的化学性烧伤。这种烧伤会引起子宫内膜的充血、水肿、炎性渗出、炎性粘连和阻塞,进而形成子宫内膜的慢性炎症。该模型的成功建立,为研究妇科疾病的病理机制和治疗方法提供了关键的实验基础。此外,苯酚胶浆也被应用于复制中医妇科的动物模型,利用其腐蚀性和黏滞性,制作以湿瘀互结为基础证候的动物模型。

    Abstract:

    Phenol paste method is a widely used modeling technique in animal experimental models of gynecological diseases. This technique utilizes phenol paste as a chemical caustic agent, which is precisely injected into specific parts of the animal"s body to induce inflammatory responses, thereby simulating the pathological processes of human gynecological diseases. When constructing animal models of pelvic inflammatory disease, cervicitis, endometritis, salpingitis, and vaginitis, phenol paste is injected into the rat uterus as an adhesive agent, causing chemical burns to the endometrium. This burn leads to endometrial hyperemia, edema, inflammatory exudation, inflammatory adhesions, and blockage, resulting in chronic endometritis. The successful establishment of this model provides a crucial experimental basis for studying the pathological mechanisms and treatment methods of gynecological diseases. Additionally, phenol paste is also used to replicate animal models of gynecological diseases in traditional Chinese medicine, utilizing its corrosive and adhesive properties to create animal models based on the syndrome of dampness and blood stasis.
