    摘要:

    血压变异性升高对高血压人群的心、脑、肾、血管等靶器官损害的发生与发展具有重要的促进作用,控制血压变异性是降低高血压患者心血管事件发生率和病死率的有效方法。本文通过文献挖掘与整理,综述血压变异性升高大鼠模型的构建方法和模型特点,以期为血压变异性升高的实验研究和临床精准用药提供参考。

    Abstract:

    The increased of blood pressure variability(BPV) plays important role in the occurrence and development of target organs such as heart, brain, kidney and blood vessel damage in hypertensive population, controlling BPV is an effective method to reduce the incidence of cardiovascular events and mortality in patients with hypertensive.Through literature mining and collation, this article reviews the construction methods and model characteristics of rat models with increased BPV, in order to provide references for experimental research and clinical precise medication.
