    【摘要】 经前期综合征(Premenstrual Syndorme,PMS)属中医“月经前后诸症”的范畴,经前烦躁障碍症(premenstrual dysphoric disorder,PMDD)是其严重亚型,是育龄期妇女常见的一种内分泌紊乱的情感障碍性疾病,严重影响了广大育龄妇女生理、心理以及社会功能,引起国内外专家的关注。近年来的研究表明:神经可塑性的改变是调节情绪的基础,神经元之间的信息传递依赖于神经环路结构的变化即突触可塑性,并且突触可塑性也直接或间接地参与到PMS/PMDD发生发展过程中来,但其具体调控机制和关键作用靶点机制不清。文章重点梳理PMS/PMD发作时存在突触可塑性异常现象所涉及的相关内容,并归纳中药(包括复方、中成药、单体成分)通过调节突触可塑性治疗PMS/PMDD的实验研究成果,阐明中药干预 PMS/PMDD的可能途径在于,通过调节HPA轴活动水平、调控BDNF基因转录及表达、增加神经可塑性相关蛋白质的合成等作用方式达到抑制PMS/PMDD发生的最终目的。

    Abstract:

    【Abstract】 Premenstrual syndrome belongs to the category of "premenstrual and postmenstrual symptoms" in traditional Chinese medicine. Premenstrual dysphoria is a serious subtype of premenstrual syndrome. It is a common endocrine disorder in women of childbearing age. It seriously affects the physiological, psychological and social functions of women of childbearing age. The information transmission between neurons depends on the change of neural circuit structure, namely synaptic plasticity, and synaptic plasticity also directly or indirectly participates in the occurrence and development process of PMS/PMDD. This article is on induction of Chinese medicine (Including compound, Chinese patent medicine, monomer components) through the regulation of synaptic plasticity treatment PMS/PMDD experimental research results at the same time, focus on sorting out the contents related to the existence of synaptic plasticity abnormalities during PMS/PMDD attack, clarify that the possible way of traditional Chinese medicine intervention PMS/PMDD is to achieve the ultimate goal of inhibiting the occurrence of PPMS/PMDD by regulating the activity level of HPA axis, regulating the transcription and expression of BDNF gene, increasing the synthesis of neuroplasticity-related proteins, etc.
