    Abstract:

Objective To explore the influences of MMP-1,MMP-9 on metrorrhagia induced by bacterial infection in experiment Rhesus monkey. Methods The immunohistochemical S-P were performed to estimate express level of MMP-1,9 and TIMP-1 in the endometrium of model group and normal control group. Result Compared with control group, MMP-1 and MMP-9 were much expressed in endometrial stroma and gland and TIMP-1 are expressed similarly. Conclusion The over-expression of MMP-1,9 may participate in metrorrhagia induced by endometritis in Rhesus macaques.
