    Abstract:

    Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) is a common respiratory disease characterized by persistent airflow restriction result ing in high morbidity and mortality that burdens patients and society. To replicate the pathology of human COPD and explore drug developments for treatment, attention has been directed to animal model research in recent years. In this paper, the advantages and disadvantages of common composite modeling method and evaluation method are reviewed to establish a foundation for the study of COPD.
