Abstract:Vascularcognitiveimpairment(VCIvascularcognitiveimpairment)contains aseriesofillnessfrommildcognitiveimpairmenttodementia,comprehensive,attributableto cerebrovascular.Theestablishmentofappropriateanimalmodelsisverynecessaryforclinic opathologicalresearchanddrugdevelopment,butsofar,noanimalmodelcanperfectlysimulate thepathogenesisofVCI.Atpresent,carotidarteryandvertebralarterystenosisorocclusionare themainstreammethodsforVCImodeling,butinrecentyears,moreandmorenon-surgical methodshaveemerged,providingnewideasandprospectsforthestudyofthisdisease.Inthis paper,theconstructionmethod,modelmechanismandmodelcharacteristicsofVCInon-surgical animalmodelwerediscussed,soastoprovidereferenceforresearcherstochooseamoresuitable animalmodel.
