    Abstract:

【t】 Objective: To observe the effects of electroacupuncture on body weight, fasting blood glucose, paw withdrawal latency, transient receptor potential vanilloid 4(TRPV4) in dorsal root ganglia(DRG) in rats with diabetic neuropathic pain(DNP). Methods: The DNP rat model was constructed by intraperitoneal injection of STZ, and electroacupuncture was applied to bilateral Zusanli and Kunlun points once daily for 30 min from D15 to D21. Measured the body weight, fasting blood glucose, hot plate latency. The expression of TRPV4 in rat L4-L6 DRG was detected by immunofluorescence. The effects of TRPV4 agonist GSK1016790A on body weight, fasting blood glucose and heat pain threshold of DNP rats treated with electroacupuncture were detected. Results: After the 7th day, compared with the normal group, body weight was significantly decreased(P<0.01)in the model group and the fasting glucose was significantly increased(P<0.01). After the 21th day, compared with the model group, hot latency was significantly higher in th
