    Abstract:

Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) is a common lung disease ,which is a preventable and treatable disease characterized by persistent airflow limitation. In recent years, comorbidities related to chronic obstructive pulmonary disease have received widespread attention, seriously affecting the quality of life and prognosis of patients, and promoting the malignant development of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Experimental animal model is a key tool to further study the pathogenesis of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and its related comorbidities and explore effective treatment methods. In this paper, modeling methods and research progress of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease-related comorbidities experimental animal model in recent years were summarized and summarized, in order to provide reference and guidance for future clinical research and screening of related comorbidities animal models.
