    Abstract:

    Animal models of diseases are important biological carriers for basic medical research. An ideal animal model is the key premise to obtain reliable experimental data. Omics technologies provide data support for accurate evaluation of animal models at the molecular level, so as to improve the evaluation standards of animal models. This paper summarizes the application of omics technology in the evaluation of animal models of diseases, and prospects the application prospect of omics technology in the quality control of animal models, to provide new ideas for the accurate evaluation of animal models.
