Abstract:【Objective】The physiological, biochemical, histopathology and lipid metabolism of 8-week-old SPF grade and sterile grade golden hamster were compared and analyzed.【Methods】There were 10 male and 10 female golden hamsters of SPF grade and sterile grade at 8 weeks of age. Serum cytokines related to blood routine, blood biochemistry and lipid metabolism were determined by automatic blood cell analyzer, automatic blood biochemical analyzer and ELISA kit. Histopathology of cecum, small intestine, lung, spleen, anterior stomach and glandular stomach were observed.【Results】Comparison of SPF grade golden hamster and sterile grade golden hamster at 8 weeks of age. (1) White blood cell count (WBC), hemoglobin concentration (HGB), mean erythrocyte hemoglobin (MCH) and mean platelet volume in blood physiological indexes (MPV), mean erythrocyte hemoglobin concentration (MCHC), mean erythrocyte volume (MCV), platelet distribution width (PDW), lymphocytes (LYM), neutrophils (Neutrophils), basophils (BAS), basophils percentage (BAS%), lymphocytes percentage (LYM%), neutrophils fine Cell percentage (NEUT%) and other 13 measurements had significant differences. (2) low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), high density lipoprotein cholesterol (high density lipoprotein cholesterol) in blood biochemical indexes HDL-C), triglycerides (TG), total cholesterol (TC), fasting insulin (FINS), glycosylated serum protein, The values of GSP and C-Peptide were significantly different. (3) Serum cytokines related to lipid metabolism were interleukin-10 (IL-10), adiponectin (ADP), interleukin-6 (Interleukin-6). There were significant differences in the measured values of IL-6, high sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP), and tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α). (4) HE results showed that compared with SPF grade golden hamsters, cecal muscle layer was thinner and the number of crypts attached to mucous membrane was reduced. The ileocele was enlarged and the number of goblet cells was increased. The alveolar septum widened; The immune cells in the white pulp of spleen increased, and the blood content in blood sinuses increased. Thinning of the anterior gastric mucosa; Basophilic strength of glandular gastric tube gland was weakened.【Conclusion】The physiological, biochemical, histopathological and lipid metabolism indexes of 8-week-old SPF grade and sterile grade golden hamsters were compared and analyzed. The reference range of cytokines parameters related to blood physiology, biochemistry, histopathology and lipid metabolism was preliminarily obtained.
