    Abstract:

Anger,as one of the seven emotions and five emotions,is the normal emotional response of the human body. When the stimulation induced by external factors reaches the threshold,it will make the internal organs and psychology tend to be in various uncertain changes. If the inducing factors are sudden, intense and persistent,it may lead to systemic diseases.Anger animal models can simulate the abnormal anger emotions of human beings caused by different inducements and carry out therapeutic studies of symptoms,so it has important reference value for the treatment of diseases induced by anger, including pathogenesis, drug development and clinical efficacy evaluation. However, there is still a lack of systematic research on the modeling methods of anger.Based on the combination of disease and syndrome in animal models and clinical research, this article reviews the anger expressed by aggressive behavior,in order to provide a reference for the preparation of anger related models, mechanism research and drug development, and to provide behavioral guidance for promoting people"s better life.
