Abstract:本文采用标准双极导联（Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ）、加压单极肢导联（ａＶＲ、ａＶＬ、ａＶＦ）和单极胸导联（Ｖａ、Ｖｂ、Ｖｃ），对经１０％乌拉坦麻醉状态下的１１９只成体草原兔尾鼠进行心电图测定，同时对２０只昆明系小白鼠作为对照比较。结果表明，草原兔尾鼠的平均心率为５５８．５４±５４．５９次／ｍｉｎ，均为窦性心率，额面心电轴平均５９．６１±１２．６３度。ＰＤ－Ｒ、ＱＲＳ波、Ｑ－Ｔ、Ｐ波平均间期分别为３８．２９±６．４８、１２．７０±０．４６、２７．６２±７．３７、１２．３４±４．０９毫秒。Ｐ波和Ｔ波的方向与主波Ｒ波一致。在Ⅰ、Ⅱ、ⅢａＶＬ、ａＶＦ和Ｖａ导联为正，在ａＶＲ导联均为负向。无典型的Ｓ－Ｔ段，ＱＲＳ波群与Ｔ波部分重叠，Ｑ－Ｔ间期较短。

Abstract:选用不同染色体上的８个微卫星位点，应用ＰＣＲ技术对１０个品系的近交系小鼠进行遗传分析，研究结果表明：在无任何亲缘关系的近交系小鼠品系之间，该８个微卫星位点均具有不同的等位基因。含有不同等位基目的微卫星位点所占的百分比从ＭＳＭ／ＭＳ与Ｃ３Ｈ／ＨｅＪ的１００％到（ＣｘＳ）Ｆ与Ｃ５７ＢＬ／６Ｊ间的２５％，平均５６．７２％，在重组近交系间及重组近交系与亲本之间，此比率从（ＣｘＳ）Ｄ或（ＣｘＳ）Ｍ与ＢＡＬＢ／ＣＨｅＡ间的５０％到（ＣｘＳ）Ｄ或（ＣｘＳ）Ｍ与ＳＴＳ／Ａ，（ＣｘＳ）Ｄ与（ＣｘＳ）Ｍ间的２５％，此８个微卫星位点有可能做为在基因水平上进行近交系小鼠遗传监测的标记。

Abstract:ix-week-old inbred SPF male Donryu rats were inoculatedwith sialodacryoaden it is virus ( SDAV) and ascites hepatoma AH66cells. The effect of a local ized viral infection on tumorigenesisand invasive capacity of transplanted tumor cells was examined. Criteriawere used to compare the invasive capacity of tumor cells and alterationsin immune response of host animals with SDAV-infected or uninfected,inc luded histopathologic, serological, and indirect immunofluorescenceanalysis with cytofluorography of the T cells subset McAb. Based onthese criteria, the tumorigenesis and invasive capacity of the tumor cellswere found nore frequently in tlie lungs of SDAV-infected rats thanuninfected rats.The viral antigens were detected in the salivary glands.respiratory tract, and the lung tissue with tumor nests by immunohisto-chemistry. FACS analysis of lymphocytes isolated from the bloodrevealed that the CD4/CD8 ratio was decreased in injected tumorcells with SDAV-infected-rats,whereas the CD4/CD8 ratio was increasedin injected tumor cells with SDAV-uninfected-rats. Results showed anincrease on the invasive capacity of tumor cells to localized viralin fection and the increased growth rate of implanted asciteshepatoma might be related with the decrease of help T cells ofblood and the mononuclear cells of the lungs due to SDAV-infection.

Abstract:n this paper, comparative pharmacology among alcohol extract ofAcantho panax senticosus ( AASE ) , A.giraldii ( AAGI ) , A. gracilistylus( AAGR ) and Peniploca sepiuml ( APSE ) , and the water extract ofAcantho panax giraldii ( WAGl ) was studied. The results showed asfollows: ( 1 ) All the extracts had the anti-in flammatory effect tothe ear swelling of mice induced by croton oil, among which thatof WAGI was the strongest . ( 2 ) WAGI and AASE could significantlyprolong the swimming time of mice under the condition of low temperatureby P.O.treatment ( 200 mg/kgx6d ) . ( 3 ) WAGI ,AAGR and AASE inhibitedthe decrease of white blood cells in mice caused by cyclophosphamide. (4)AASE prolonged tha sleeping time of mice induced by pentobarbital saline,while AAGR and WAGI had no effect, and APSE and AAGI couldreduce the s leeping time significantly.

Abstract:he monoclonal antibody JH107,(McAbJH107)against human liver cancerwas labelled by the ch-T131 I-radiolabelling method. Its distribution andimage were detected in the nude mice bearing human liver cancer BEL-7402. Injecting 200 1 131 I-McAbJH107 to each mouse peritoneally the con-centrating of the radioactive substance at the site of the tumor began at24th and strengthened progressively, and reached its top at 96th. Theclearer image of tumor tissue was kept to 148th. At the same time,theradioactive background of the tissues around the tumor gradually disappea-red. In131I-NIgG of the control group well-distributed in the whole body,no significant concentration and no clear image were observed. At 48 and96th, T/NT mean values of 131I-McAbJH107 in normal tissues of 12 kinds(except the brain ) were 3.38 and 6.26 respectively, and ones of 131I-NIgGwere lower than 1.0

Abstract:e detected the SIV DNA in genome extracted from 11 paraffin-embedd-ed lymph node samples of 3 SIV-infected and treated monkeys and 4SAIDS model monkeys before or after treatment by methods of PCR andnested PCR. The resnlts showed that 10 of 11 samples were positive byPCR and all were positive by nested PCR, only 3 of 11 correspondingperiod peripheral blood samples were positive by virus isolation method.In this study, the specificity of PCR prodnction was indentified by BamHIrestrictive digestion. Our experiments proved that the SIV DNA detectionfrom lymph node tissue reflected SIV infection status in monkeys morecorrectly than the virus isolation from the corresponding period peripher-al blood,and provided experimental basis for the evaluation of AIDS drugsand vaccines.
