Abstract:The rat model of subacute anti-aging was established by injecting D-galactoside and the effects of AP-solution on the aging data of the rats was observed.The result showed that AP-solution could increase the ratio of rat thymus weight and body weight obviously and raised SOD activity in serum,but reduced LPO activity in serum.The serum SOD activity of anti-aging groups by AP-solution increased 25.29% Compared with the aging model group,but the serum LPO activity decreased 6.24%.These data show that AP-slution may have anti-aging action.

Abstract:将小鼠可移植性组织细胞肉瘤ＬⅡ分别接种在近交系６１５小鼠的胁部皮下、后肢肌肉和爪垫皮下组织内，取全肺和各部位淋巴结进行组织学检查，观察肿瘤自发转移率及转移程度。胁部皮下与后肢肌肉移植组待荷瘤小鼠自然死亡，平均存活时间分别为３９．３、２７．９ｄ，淋巴结转移率分别为９５．７％和１００％，肺转移率均为１００％。爪垫皮下移植组在肿瘤接种后１、３、５、１０、２０、３０和４０ｄ处死荷瘤小鼠，早期淋巴结转移出现在肿瘤接种后第１０天，至第３０天时形成肺转移瘤。局部侵袭达Ⅲ～Ⅳ级时才发生肿瘤转移，肺转移出现时间晚于淋巴转移。结果表明，ＬⅡ瘤株具有淋巴道合并血道转移的特性，是研究肿瘤侵袭和转移的理想实验肿瘤模型。

Abstract:应用杂交瘤技术获得４株分泌抗小鼠腺病毒（ＭｕｒｉｎｅＡｄｅｎｏｖｉｒｕｓＭＡｄ）单克隆抗体细胞株，并对其特性进行分析。经鉴定，它们所分泌的抗体类型均为ＩｇＭ，腹水效价为１０－３～１０－６。相对亲和力分别为０．１μｇ／ｍｌ（Ａ９）、０．６５μｇ／ｍｌ（Ｂｌ）、１２．５μｇ／ｍｌ（Ｇ４）和２３μｇ／ｍｌ（Ｄ４）。与其他１０种鼠源性病毒均无交叉反应，表明ＭｃＡｂ具有良好的特异性。单抗标记ＦＩＴＣ后用于人用鼠源性单抗制品及各种传代细胞和原代细胞中ＭＡｄ检测，获得良好的实验结果。

Abstract:４２只不渗漏ＳＣＩＤ小鼠分别腹腔注射经冷冻、复苏的胎肝或胎肝加胎胸腺细胞，每鼠２×１０７活细胞，建立人胎肝细胞ＳＣＩＤ小鼠模型Ⅰ和Ⅱ，研究人免疫系统。用人肝癌细胞（ＨＨＣＣ）免疫，ＳＣＩＤ鼠出现初始免疫答应，血清人ＩｇＧ平均滴度分别达到５１３．０±８４．２ｎｇ／ｍｌ和７１９．７±２０１．６ｎｇ／ｍｌ，ＩｇＧ峰值分别出现在免疫重建后１０～１２和１０～１４周，特异性抗ＨＨＣＣ抗体滴度分别达到１∶７０．４±３５．０５和１∶２９４．４±１６８．５２，免疫重建后７～８周龄，ＡＢＣ法免疫组化染色，免疫鼠模型肝、脾中可检出标记人的ＣＤ３＋、ＣＤ２０＋Ｔ和Ｂ淋巴细胞克隆和细胞岛。流式细胞仪检测了抗原免疫组和模型组外周血、脾脏、肝脏的人ＣＤ３＋、ＣＤ４＋、ＣＤ８＋、ＣＤ１９＋、ＣＤ２０＋标记的淋巴细胞数，其中标记ＣＤ２０＋淋巴细胞平均值外周血３．１２±３．０３％、脾脏１．４±０．２０％、肝脏２．３２±１．４９％。而无抗原免疫的模型组在肝脏仅有微量或检测不到人标记淋巴细胞。

Abstract:In this study,transgenic mice were generated by microinjecting pESnx shuttle vector (12.7Kb) into the male pronucleus of 549 fertilized eggs of ICR mice.The pESnx contains a xylE mutational target gene from TOL plasmid of pseudomona putida.352 eggs survived were transplanted into the oviduct of 24 psuedopregnant ICR mice respectively. 7 got pregnant and 41 offsprings were delivered,7 of them were stillbirths,4 of them died in few days after birth.The ratio of survival eggs is 64%(352/549) and the ratio of birth is 11.7 offsprings per 100 transfered eggs.17 positive of the 30 survival offsprings were identified by PCR and Southern blotting analysis,the ratio of integration is 57%(17/30).By recovery of the vector and transformation,it indicated the integrated vector contained intact target gene,so transgenic mouse model carrying xylE mutational target gene was established.

Abstract:观察三七总皂甙（ＳａｐｏｎｉｎｓｏｆＰａｎａｘｎｏｔｏｇｉｎｓｅｎｇＰＮＳ）对小鼠全脑缺血和大鼠局灶性脑缺血（ＭＣＡＯ）的影响。结果发现ＰＮＳ（５０、１００ｍｇ．ｋｇ－１×３ｄ，ｉｐ）明显延长断头或ｉｖ饱和ＭｇＣｌ２后喘息持续时间。ＰＮＳ２００ｍｇ．ｋｇ－１术前３０ｍｉｎ或ＭＣＡＯ术后１５ｍｉｎｉｐ能减少ＭＣＡＯ术后２４ｈ脑梗塞面积，改善神经功能障碍及行为异常，减轻神经细胞缺血性损害。提示ＰＮＳ对缺血性脑损伤有保护作用。

Abstract:本文比较了结扎兔冠状动脉前降支（ＬＡＤ组）和左室支（ＬＶＡ组）两种方法建立的急性心肌梗塞模型。结果发现１：ＥＣＧ标测，三天内不同时间ＬＶＡ组∑△ＳＴ升高毫伏数均高于ＬＡＤ组（Ｐ＜０．０１或Ｐ＜０．０５）；２：Ｎ－ＢＴ染色，ＬＶＡ组心肌梗塞占心室重的百分率为１７．３％±０．５６％，而ＬＡＤ组为８．２％±２．４２％，两者相差非常显著（Ｐ＜０．０１），证实了ＬＶＡ组心梗面积较ＬＡＤ组大且相对稳定。采用增强（Ｇｄ－ＤＴＰＡ）磁共振成像（ＭＲＩ）扫描发现ＬＶＡ组急性心梗范围在三天内基本稳定。作者认为，兔急性心梗模型采用结扎ＬＶＡ优于结扎ＬＡＤ。

Abstract:To determine the effect of EGF(epidermal growth factor)on alkali burned corneal wound healing of rabbit,sixty three New Zealand rabbits alkali burned corneal wounds were produced,Five groups (n=9)wound eyes were divided and treated with EGF solution (0.5,5,20,50,100ng/ml) and the other groups (n=9) treated with FN and Chloromicitine solution as controls.The presence of an epithelial defect was assessed by staining with fluoescein dye.The corneal wounds were measured with slit-lamp after corneal wound operations (24,48,72,96,120hr).All data were analyzed by compute test.The EGF treated groups showed faster corneal healing than the controls groups (P<0.05).The results suggested that the effect of EGF accelerate the healing an alkali burned corneal.

Abstract:PLA-801D-AS was estblished from subcutaneous xenograft human gian cell carcinoma PLA-801D through serial intraperitoneal passages in nude mice,PLA-801D-AS could produce significantly higher incidence and number of spontaneous lung metastases than Did Subcutaneous PLA-801D.The subcutaneous PLA-801DL was derived from the metastatic lung nodules of ascitic PLA-801D-AS through serial passages in nude mice and It had increased lung-metastasizing potential than Did PLA-801D.The paper discussed the reasons for the enhanced metastatic capactity from metastatic heterogeneity of neoplasm,tumor cell-host interactions.
