Abstract:本实验于1992年底开始,通过选种、选配,建立了一个11只雄猴,77只雌猴的恒河猴生产繁殖种群并对其繁殖性能进行了观察与研究。三年间,利用大笼群养的“后宫式”繁殖方法,母猴怀孕107例,流产11例,生产仔猴96只,离乳94只。平均妊娠率、产仔率、离乳率分别为51.44%、46.15%、97.92%。在“后宫式”群养方式繁殖成功后,我们又尝试了单笼饲养、定期交配的新的繁殖方法,当年投种9只母猴,怀孕7只,生产7只。怀孕率、生产率均为77.78%。在进行实验性繁殖的同时,对人工条件下饲养的恒河猴的部分生物学特性如妊娠期、月经周期、血液生理生化指标、生长特性等进行了观察、记录和统计。结果表明人工条件下饲养的恒河猴在每年11月至次年4月间交配,4月至9月分娩。恒河猴具有间情期,每年秋冬季发情,平均月经周期为28.31±2.82d(n=70)。平均怀孕期为163.46±11.87d(n=13)。本实验为人工繁殖恒河猴进而实现实验动物化积累了基础数据,为将来提供高等级的、遗传背景清楚的、高质量的实验猕猴奠定了工作基础。

Abstract:建立弓形虫动物模型,常规方法提取肝、脾、肾、肺等组织DNA,应用聚合酶链反应(PCR)扩增,产物经电泳检测显示199bp的弓形虫特异带谱。并以γ-32p标记克隆的弓形虫特异DNA片段为探针,对扩增产物行Southern印迹分析,结果上述4种标本均出现阳性杂交带,进一步证实扩增条带是弓形虫特异DNA顺序。同时用酶标法检测显示鼠血清弓形虫抗体IgG;阳性。组织病理学检查结果,肝组织损伤较严重,肝细胞肿大,肝窦消失,脾、肾、肺组织可见轻微的病理改变。另外本文介绍一种简单PCR方法[1],取鼠尾静脉血2μl直接进行扩增,结果与酚-氯仿法提取的DNA扩增结果一致。

Abstract:建立特异、灵敏的逆转录聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)技术,结合碱性磷酸酶标记的探针杂交检测鼠肝炎病毒(MHV),采用MHV-3,MHV-A59病毒株感染DBT细胞,37℃培养,待细胞出现病变时收集提取病毒RNA。依据MHV基因序列设计一对高度保守区特异性引物,进行RT-PCR扩增,结果可见147bp的鼠肝炎病毒产物特异扩增带。敏感性实验检测到10pg的鼠肝炎病毒RNA,同时用ELISA方法对照。结果提示应用RT—PCR技术结合探针杂交检测鼠肝炎病毒。具有简便、快速、灵敏等优势。本研究在国内尚未见报道。

Abstract:It has estimated that MID100(100% monkey infected dose) of SIVmac251 was 32 TCID andSIVmac239 was more than 320 TCID. Three monkeys inoculated with SIVmac251, two monkeysSIVmac239 and seven monkeys SIVmac251 2 MID100 were infected pefectly. All infected monkeysappeared generalized lymphopathy, plasma viremia and antibody response regularly. The pathological examination of lymph nodes and spleens in seven Rhesus and two cynomolgus monkeysshowed infectious changes. It is quite obvious that the symptoms an sign, Pathological histologicalchanges, and viremia and antibody response of infected monkeys were caused by SIVmac251 orSIVmac239 strain. So above strains could be used to evaluate the effect of anti - AIDS drugs inmonkey test.

Abstract:目的:通过脂质过氧化物(LPO)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)以及一氧化氮合酶(NOS)M定探讨L-精氨酸(L-Arg)(35kg/kg)和/或维生素E(74mg/kg)对高脂膳诱发的新西兰纯种白兔实验性动脉粥样硬化形成的多脏器各生化指标(包括LPO、GSH-PX、SOD及NOS活性)的影响。方法:成年新西兰家兔随机分为正常对照组:(基础饲料加普通饮水)高脂对照组:(高脂饲料加普通饮水)L-Ars组:(高脂饲料加含有L-Ars35kg/kg饮水)L-Arg+VE组(高脂饲料加含有L-Arg35kg/kg再加VE74mg/kg饮水)VE组(高脂饲料加含有VE74mg/kg饮水)观察12周。结果:L-精氨酸和/或维生素E能有效地抑制脂质过氧化损伤增强SOD、NOS和GSH-PX活性,提高机体抗氧化能力及减轻动脉粥样硬化形成的作用。结论:这些变化可能在动脉粥样硬化的发生发展中起重要作用。

Abstract:The reproduction of the grey hamster living in Lab was studied on the obsveration and thedata which came from the recods during 1993-1998. The result shown that the bellicose habitatof the rodents has tured into a little docility by taming in Lab in five years, the age of sex maturity was 50d, the cycle of sex activity was 4d~4. 5d in the females, the peak of mating was from23. 00 to 1 .00 next day in the night, the gestational period was 19d (16 ~21 ), and the time interval of reproduction of adult female was 39. 25d. The number of mean farrowing was 4. 59 larvaat a litter, the survival rate of weaning was 64. 5 %, and sex ratio was 0. 883 (242/274 ), whichwere compared in the different season, times of foetus, and generations. The peak time of reproduction in female varied from 3 monthes to 12 monthes. The longest age of reproduction in femaleand male was 1. 5 year and 2 years respectively, the life -- span of the hamster was over 2. 5 year.

Abstract:用原子吸收光谱法测定了铜、铁、锌、锰、铬、镁、铅、钾在SPF大鼠心、肝、肾、肺、脾中的含量,发现铜、锌、铁、锰、在肝脏中浓度最高(P<0.001);铬、钾在肺脏中浓度最高(P<0.001);镁、铅在各脏器中浓度无显著性差别(P>0.05)。

Abstract:Twenty-one lactescent rabbits were divided into five groups aceording to their litter size.On the basise of this the breading test for one month was conducted. The r.sult showed the difference of the relation between the vamance of weight and litter size from different groups was notsignifieant (P>0. 05) and the positive correlation was followed between the variance of weightand gain in weight of baby rabbit (r=0. 898) as low was in lactation period and reached to normalgradualy later. As well as the hegative correlation was followed between the number born aliveand birth weight r =- 0. 849.
