    摘要:

    目前肿瘤治疗仍面临耐药、毒副作用及复发转移等问题,Nrf2通路是细胞抗氧化应激反应的关键调控轴,在肿瘤发生发展中具有双重作用:早期适度激活有助于维持细胞稳态,而持续异常激活则可促进肿瘤进展及治疗耐受。近年来研究表明,中药活性成分及复方可通过调控Nrf2及其相关信号网络,影响氧化应激、铁死亡、自噬、炎症反应及肿瘤免疫微环境,从而发挥抑制肿瘤生长、诱导细胞死亡、增强放化疗敏感性及减轻正常组织损伤等作用。本文对中药调控Nrf2通路抗肿瘤的研究进展进行综述,以期为相关机制研究及新型抗肿瘤治疗策略的开发提供参考。

    Abstract:

    Cancer treatment still faces major challenges, including drug resistance, toxic side effects, recurrence, and metastasis. The Nrf2 signaling pathway is a key regulatory axis in the cellular antioxidant stress response and plays a dual role in tumor initiation and progression. Moderate activation of Nrf2 in the early stage helps maintain cellular homeostasis, whereas persistent aberrant activation promotes tumor progression and therapeutic resistance. Recent studies have shown that active components and compound formulas of traditional Chinese medicine can regulate Nrf2 and its related signaling networks, thereby affecting oxidative stress, ferroptosis, autophagy, inflammatory responses, and the tumor immune microenvironment. Through these mechanisms, they can inhibit tumor growth, induce cell death, enhance sensitivity to radiotherapy and chemotherapy, and reduce damage to normal tissues. This review summarizes the research progress on the antitumor effects of traditional Chinese medicine mediated by regulation of the Nrf2 pathway, with the aim of providing references for mechanistic studies and the development of novel antitumor therapeutic strategies.
