    成纤维细胞生长因子9(Fibroblast Growth Factor 9, FGF9)是成纤维细胞生长因子家族的重要成员,具有调控细胞增殖、分化、凋亡和迁移等多种生物学功能。研究表明,FGF9在组织器官发育、能量代谢及肺癌、肝癌等肿瘤进展中发挥重要作用。然而,目前关于FGF9在神经系统中的研究较少。本文旨在综述FGF9对神经系统发育和功能的影响,包括其在神经元保护、星形胶质细胞分化、神经功能调节以及神经系统肿瘤生长等方面的作用,并探讨其作用调控,以期为相关疾病的防治提供新靶点。

    Abstract:

    Fibroblast Growth Factor 9 (FGF9) is an important member of the fibroblast growth factor family, which regulates multiple cellular processes including proliferation, differentiation, apoptosis, and migration. It has been demonstrated to play significant roles in tissue and organ development, energy metabolism, and the progression of tumors such as lung and liver cancers. However, research on its effects on the nervous system remains limited. This review focuses on the impact of FGF9 on the development and function of the nervous system, encompassing neuronal protection, astrocyte differentiation, neural regulation, and the growth of nervous system tumors. We also explore the underlying mechanisms, aiming to provide new targets for the treatment and prevention of related diseases.
