Abstract:The mechanism of insulin resistance is closely relative with the NF-κB signal path. The abnormal expression of NF-κB and its related gene in different part of organism directly and indirectly impact the occurrence of the insulin resistance. The purpose of this paper is to show the impact of NF-κB signaling pathway on insulin resistance in the liver, skeletal muscle and fat in order to illustrate the relationship between the NF-κB and the insulin resistance.
