    Abstract:

It is one of critical techniques for medical experiment based on myocardial infarction-heart failure rat model to improve survival rate of animals. The model of myocardial infarction-heart failure was made through ligating the anterior-descending coronary artery in 600 rats. The results show that the survival rate and the successful rate for the rats model of heart failure were significantly improved (survival rate from 40% to 72%, P<0.05; successful rate from 38% to 55%, P<0.05) with technical training, caring during the operation and retrospectric analysis of the date obtained using high-frequency ultrasound transducer.
