    Abstract:

Objective To provide important data for clinical individual chemotherapy by a sensitive test of antitumor drugs in an animal model. Methods Antitumor sensitive test of 12 drugs was used in an tumor model of subrenal capsule in nude mice. Results 35 cases were totaled covering adenocarcinoma of lung, squamous carcinoma of oral cavity, adenocarcinoma of colon, mammary carcinoma and glioma. The most optimal sensitive drugs were not always the same in different cases. Conclusion The sensitivity of antitumor drugs is varied in different kinds of tumor as well as in different individual of the same kind of tumor. The results might improve the effect of tumor individual chemotherapy in clinic.
