Immune suppression has been demonstrated in infections, autoimmune diseases and cancer. This article described some contents relevant to MHC and introduced the progress on research of immune suppressor gene in mice and human. Nowadays, immuno suppression gene in mice has been cloned and the genes in human are being studied. It will play an important role in further study on prevention and cure of diseases and transplanting of tissues and organs in human.\;
