    Abstract:

    Objective To establish a parainfluenza_virus_infective model in mice and to provid model animals for anti_virus research of TCM.Method NIH,BALB/c and KM mice were infected by Sendia virus(SV),whose antigen were closed to parainfluenza virus.Then the change of histopathological was observed.Result The KM mice was an ideal strain for SV infection for its moderate infection duration,obvious clinical symptoms and typical lesion.Conclusion SV_infected KM mice can be used in model of anti_parainfluenza virus infected disease and pharmacology researches.
