Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) is a kind of airway inflammatory disease, which has a high morbidity and mortality, and brings heavy burden to patients and society. And its pathogenesis and treatment methods have not been thoroughly studied at present. Although animal models can only simulate part of the characteristics of the disease, they are indispensable for further research on the physiology, pathology and treatment of COPD.
