【Abstract】Glomerulopathy is one class of disease mostly relate to both sides of glomerulus and take proteinuria as main clinical manifestations, as its pathogenesis is not clear, so the accurate and effective detection and diagnostic method is still absenced. Recent studies have found podocyte proteins Nephrin and Podocin play critical role in the development, diagnose and forecast of numerous glomerular diseases.In this paper, we review the research of Nephrin and Podocin in the Glomerulopathy recently. 【Key words】Podocyte proteins; Nephrin; Podocin; Glomerulopathy
