A survey of parasites on medical laboratory animals was carried out from 1983 to 1989 in medical laboratory animal center of Tongji medical University. The results were as follws: ( 1 ) 1006 among the 1368 animals ( 73.54%) were naturally parasitized with parasites. (2)17 species protozoa, 16 species of trematodes, 8 species of cestoides, 11 species of nematodes and 6 species of insects were obtained from 1368 animals of 10 species. ( 3 ) and the zoono-tic parasites woth the invasion rate of 36.20% were detected.
