Abstract:Four strains of hybridoma cells secreting speafic antibodies to RHDV were obtained by cellfusion technique. The RHDV used for immugon was purified by potassium Tartrafe-Glyceraldensity gradient Centrifugation. It was confirmed by western blot that the McAbs react with60KD, 55KD, 38KD and 20KD of RHDV protein. Double-McAb sandwich ELISA for the defection of RHDV antigen was established and analysis of sensitivity and specificity on test systemwas also performed in our laboratory.
