通过对Ｃ５７ＢＬ／６·ＫＭ－ｌｄ同源导入近交系小鼠的１９条染色体上的２９个微卫星位点进行ＳＳＬＰｓ分析，表明，ｌｄ基因与２号染色体上的Ｄ２Ｍｉｔ３０，Ｄ２Ｍｉｔ６２和Ｄ２Ｍｉｔ６３连锁，与其它染色体上的位点不发生连锁，因此，我们可以初步将ｌｄ基因定位于２号染色体上。
By DNA amplification and electrophoresis, 29 SSLP loci on 19 chromasome were analyzed. It was found that ld gene which cause congenital limb deformity in mice links to D2Mit30, D2Mit62 and D2Mit63. This result show that ld gene is located on chromasome 2.
