Analysis on G-banding patterns of the 22 bone marrow cells chromosomes in Yuyi h airless mice and Kunming mice, Two types of G-banding patterns (major and minor-bands) are observed. The karyotype can be distingaished by the characteristic banding patte rns. The G-banding patterns of the two kinds mice lines are identical.
