Ascites osteocalcin in H22 tumor cells transplant mice and peri toneal cavity fluid osteocalcin in normal mice were determined. The results sho wed that the concentration of ascites osteocalcin was lower than that in normal controls, at 10 and 13 days post transplant, 77% and 83% lower respectively, P<0.02.
