    目的 探讨发育期大鼠饮盐行为发生的年龄及其与大鼠血浆ALDO( 醛固酮) 浓度之间的关系,为研究某些与饮盐行为有关的疾病提供基础资料。方法 用自动控制微型泵经口腔导管给大鼠灌注3 % 盐水,测定不同年龄禁盐大鼠的饮盐水量;用放射免疫分析法测定禁盐和正常生活下不同年龄大鼠血浆ALDO浓度。结果 禁盐使出生13d 及13d 以后的鼠出现饮盐行为,而不能使出生在12d 以前的鼠出现饮盐行为;禁盐使各年龄组鼠的血浆ALDO浓度都有显著性提高。正常生活下12d 龄及12d 龄以下各组鼠的血浆ALDO水平较低,12d 龄以上各组鼠的血浆ALDO 水平显著升高。结论 禁盐引起的大鼠饮盐行为的发生不是在鼠出生时就有的,而是在出生后第13d 才出现的。这与禁盐时鼠的血浆ALDO 水平升高的现象不一致。而与正常生活下的鼠的血浆ALDO水平较为一致。提示鼠的饮盐行为的发生可能是与大鼠的发育,特别是大鼠脑的发育,与鼠的饮盐中枢的发育与完善有关。

    Abstract:

    Developing male and female rats were examined for the age of onset of the salt intake behavior and the relationship between the sodium appetite and the plasma ALDO of the rat. Methods: Rats were depleted by a combination of pharmacological natriuresis (using lasix) and maternal deprivation, then rats were infused with 3% salt solution through oral catheters by using controled outmatical pumps; The concentration of plasma ALDO of the rats was analysed by using radioimmunoassay. Result: The salt appetite of the rat was reliably evident from 13 days of age in both male and female rats, but no reliably evident from the age of 12 days and under. There is a significant increase of the plasma ALDO in the salt-depleted rats compare with that of the normal fed rats. Conclusion: The data suggests that all necessary components of the mechanism for the expression of sodium appetite are assembled at about 13 days of age in the rat brain.
