The blood sampling method in rabbit auricular veins was pe rformed by using the glass capillary twisting in auricular veins to cause a comp lete or incomplete hole in the blood vessel. This technique significantly prolon ged bleeding time and enlarged the volume of bleeding because it exerted so ligh tly injury stimulation on blood vessel that blood vessel spasm seldom happened. The volume of blood sampled amounted to over 20ml in five minutes above 23℃，wh ich meets the needs of most experiments, furthermore, blood sampling could be re peated by this method.
