To compare the different methods of lipofection with calcium phosphate,we used them to transfer the GFP report gene into HeLa cell line and the results of the number of fluorescent cells showed that the lipofection is an more ideal method for introduction of foreign gene into the eukaryotic cells because of its higher efficiency and simple operation.
