The two kinds of Jiangxi tea could increase the activity of SOD in red cell (P<0.01),which was dose dependent,and significantly reduce the level of MDA,glucose content and TG in blood. But they showed no effect on the body weight of the experimental animals and their diet and drink consumption.These observations suggested that the two kinds of Jiangxi Tea may be useful in human health and antiaging.
