    摘要:

    卵巢组织冻存已作为恢复卵巢功能早衰及保存年轻肿瘤患者卵巢功能的方法之一进行研究。目前该项工作尚处于动物实验阶段。经过大量动物实验,人们建立了两种冷冻程式:慢速冷冻一快速复温法(两步法);快速冷冻一快速复温法。同时对冷冻保护剂作了大量研究。对冻存后卵巢组织活力与功能也找到了相应的评估手段。目前,在自体原位移植冻存羊卵巢组织后,已产下一只健康子代羊。该项技术正日趋成熟,以造福人类。

    Abstract:

    Ovarian tissue cryopreservation is being developed as a method for preserving the ovarian function of young women at risk of early ovarian failure and young cancer patients. Now this research is still at animal experimental stage. Based on a lot of animal experiments, scientists have developed two kinds of cryopreservation programme:slow cooling-fast thawing method(two step method),fast cooling-fast thawing method.The cryoprotectants have also been investigated and lots of methods to evaluate the viability of frozen-thawed ovarian tissue produced. Recently,a lamb was born after orthotopic transplantation of frozen ovine ovarian tissue. We believe that human being will be benefited from this work.
