Swelling at both sides of breast and one side of abdomen were found during nurturing the APP transgenic mice progress.They were diagnosed as breast cancer and chronic myelocytic leukemia by dissection and pathological study.It is proved that the conformity site of exogenous gene in APP transgenic mice is random,the tumor induced by gene conformity site could manifest with different stage of cell growing.
