Objective\ Establishing KM\|hairless inbred strain by means of complete,brother\|sister inbreeding after twenty generations.Methods\ The coat color gene test,skin graft and biochemical marker gene tests were used.Results and Conclusion\ The coat color gene test showed that the strain had the geno type of aabbccDD.All mice with grafted skin survived.No heterzygote was found according to the results of the twewty\|five biochemical marker gene (including akp-1)tests.
