Objective To measure the organ weight and organ coefficient of SPFminiature pig.Methods 60 day old SPF miniature pigs ,10 each of both male and female, were used and compared in this experiment.Results Between male and female,the brain and lung weight showed very significant difference (p<0.01),the body weight ,heart weight and liver weight had significant difference (p<0.05); weight differences of spleen,kidney ,suprarene and stomach were little(p>0.05).The organ coefficient of the brain and lung between the male and female had very significant difference(p<0.01), male's being higher than female's, but no difference was seen in the other organ coefficient(P>0.05).Conclusion The above data could be useful in the biomedical researches.
