    摘要:

    目的 观察蛋黄卵磷脂改善记忆的作用。方法 通过跳台实验及避暗实验 ,对喂饲蛋黄卵磷脂高、中、低三种剂量的正常小鼠及记忆障碍模型小鼠记忆改善情况进行观察。结果 中、高剂量组与空白对照组之间的差异有显著性 (p<0 0 5 ) ,最小有效剂量为 5g (kg .d)。训练前、后及重复测验结果一致。结论 蛋黄卵磷脂具有改善记忆的功能。

    Abstract:

    Objective To observe the effect of egg yolk lecithin on improving memory. Methods Through avoiding darkness and jumping stair experiments,the improvement of memory was investigated in normal mice and memorial obstacle mice fed with three dosages of egg yolk lecithin. Results Difference was remarkable between middle,high dosage groups and control group( p <0 05).The least effective dosage was 5g/(kg.d). The results of examination which were done before and after training were identical. Conclusion Feed with egg yolk lecithin can improve the memory function in the mice.
