    目的 对上海市23个新建或改建的清洁级以上实验动物科技设施进行环境条件检测。方法 按实验动物设施环境国家标准。结果 换气量、空气洁净度和空气落下菌数的合格率最高;温度和相对湿度是不容忽视的项目;设计和选材不当严重影响噪声和工作照度的达标;梯度压差和日温差是影响实验动物科技设施环境条件达标的关键。结论 在实验动物屏障系统的新建或改建时,必须按照实验动物设施环境的国家标准。

    Abstract:

    Objective 23 built and refitted laboratory animal barrier system facilities were surveyed in Shanghai.Methods The National Standards for Laboratory Animal Environment and Facility were implemented.Results The results showed most of the air exchange rate,the air cleanness and the amount of air borne bacterium met the standard requirement,while the control room temperature and the relative humidity were often neglected.Proper design and selection of fittings were essential for controlling the noise and the work-illumination.The pressure gradient and the difference in temperature between day and night were often the key obstacles to meet the requirement of standard laboratory animal facilities. Conclusion The National Standards for Environment and Facility should be followed when laboratory animal barrier system facilities were built or refitted.
